Repaired a minor accident and they left it looking better than when I purchased it, even fixed some details that had nothing to do with what I took it in for. Worked really quickly on it too. Would give 10 stars if possible. If anything ever happens again I'm definitely coming back here.
Lilah B14/09/2023Had a few scratches: one on my mirror cover, bumper, and back door. They buffed it out— making it look brand new. And the damage? Non! They did it for free. Mr. Sullivan had fantastic customer service as well. And his staff were super friendly.
Tom Nevill10/09/2023Tom and Kevin at the Collision Barn were excellent. They really knew their stuff and how best to play it with the insurance company too. A very smooth process and I would highly recommend for anyone that (unfortunately) has any sort of damage to their vehicle.

I will be bringing my Vehicle here for repairs going forward. I'm really grateful I found The Collision Barn thru a great referral from a close friend, The Body shop pays close attention to detail especially when you have a tedious and difficult paint to deal with (Pearl White), The staff at Collision Barn clearly are very experienced. They are also friendly and communicate well. Thank you for your exceptional Work Collision Barn!!!!
edwin b01/07/2023After being rear ended overnight, I wasn't sure who to trust to repair my vehicle however after seeing all the positive reviews Collision Barn had, I knew Id be able to entrust my vehicle to them. Lee Shaw, was a great help from the moment I stepped in, he was honest and straightforward with what to expect from this tedious process and went to work instantly calling up the insurance. Overall I highly recommend Collision Barn their team is ethical, trustworthy and their work is phenomenal.

I had such a frustrating experience with my vehicle being damaged in a parking lot while on a trip for work, I didn't realize any damage until I was already back in town. My dealership recommended Collision Barn and I took my car right in. While there were some initial delays getting the damage figured out, Tom and his team were very honest and very communicative. It turns out I had much more damage than you could see just by looking at the exterior, and I had no choice but to make an insurance claim and wait to have everything taken care of. Lee walked me through the process, showed me detailed photos, and handled everything, including the massive ball drop by Farmer's insurance... their complete lack of returned calls, emails, and refusal to process the claim (for weeks). Lee really went to bat for me and ultimately did not back down until everything was fixed and insurance did their job. I really felt like he was in my corner the whole time, and just wanted me to be back in my vehicle. He was the only person I heard from for multiple weeks when my own insurance agency wouldn't call me back or update me. The second my claim was finally processed, the car was fixed in less than 48 hours. Lee made this frustrating process bearable. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I don't think I'd take my vehicle anywhere else. Thanks to the whole team for having your customer's back!
